Draft Beer Update

Just tapped our last barrel of Dogfish Head Aprihop for 2014. It replaced Sly Fox Maibock. Aprihop is an IPA with apricots. It's a great mix.

Stoudts Smooth Hoperator replaced Sprecher Special Amber. Smooth Hoperator is Stoudts's Americanized doppelbock. And by Americanized, they mean whacked up with American hops. This is a popular beer that always goes quickly.

On ur cider line, Jack's Helens Blend Cider replaced a sixtel of Woodchuck Winter Cider. Jacks is made an orchard somewhere here in Pennsylvania. Helens Blend is less tart than their cider, which we have in cans. They use their own apples to make this, so it as natural as cider can be (which is pretty dang natural).

7pm Update

On our session beer line, Philadelphia Fleur de Lehigh replaced Flying Fish Farmhouse. This spring seasonal from Philly is an interesting beer, and I mean that in a good way, a very good way. This session strength Belgian style saision is unfiltered and brewed up chamomile, rhubarb, ginger, rose hips, and lemon grass. It's a real winner.

On our wheat beer line, Weyerbacher White Sun Wit replaced Long Trail Mostly Cloudy. This is a traditional Belgian style wit from our friends in Easton. Another winner.

Duck Rabbit Hoppy Bunny ABA replaced Green Flash 30th Street Pale Ale. Hoppy Bunny is a black IPA; it's another winner. With so many winners on tap, we should all play Powerball tonight.
