Today's picture is from yesterday's 2nd Annual Run to the Ring Pub Crawl. A very nice bunch of people who brought a bunch of weirdness to Frankford Avenue. We support people who are making it weird here in the Lower Neast.
Draft Beer Update
Yards Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale replaced Brooklyn Winter Ale. This a coincidence, not a real plan, but we have all three Yards Ales of the Revolution on tap right now. Jefferson Ale is a higher ocatane beer made from Thomas Jefferson's recipe. They didn't have access to the quality of grains we have today, so Colonial beers made due with what they could get. So this is a bit of a Colonial kitchen sink beer, if they had sinks back then.
