Tonight is the Weyerbacher Woody Weekend. We have 4 Weyerbacher beers on draft and 2 in bottles. Draft is listed below and in bottles we have Weyerbacher Verboten, A Belgian pale ale, and Weyerbacher Riserva, an American Wild Ale that is fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and aged with
red-raspberry puree in Oak barrels for over 1 year, then bottle
conditioned in champagne bottles.
Draft Beer Update:
Weyerbacher Last Chance IPA replaced Half Acre Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. Last Chance IPA is a west coast-style full-flavored hop assault delightfully lacking in balance. Weyerbacher donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every drop of Last Chance IPA to small, regional animal rescue operations.
Weyerbacher Heresy replaced Great Lakes Conway's Irish Ale. Weyerbacher's Old Heathen Imperial Stout aged in oak barrels that were used for making fine Kentucky bourbon.
Weyerbacher Insanity replaced Dock Street Prince Myshkin Imperial Stout. Insanity is made by aging their perfectly balanced Blithering Idiot Barleywine in oak bourbon casks.
Weyerbacher Verboten replaced Trubbel de Yards. A Belgian-style Pale Ale with a distinctly American character.
Yuengling Bock Beer replaced Yards Smoked Pol. A seasonal offering from a true American and family owned brewery, Yuengling.
